About the event

The West Grinstead & District Ploughing and Agricultural Society, established in 1871, has been holding shows for over 150 years and is very pro active in promoting the interests of the local farming community. 

The ploughing match is a great day out for the whole family, showcasing the very best of British farming both past and present. There will be different ploughing classes including horse ploughing, along with rural crafts compeitions such as hedge laying etc.
